At Marques du Temps Tattoo Studio, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and high-quality tattoo artistry. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

  1. Non-Refundable Digital Products: As our services involve digital consultations and custom designs, all transactions are final. Due to the nature of these digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the initial deposit has been made.

  2. Deposit Policy: The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final price discussed during your booking consultation.

  3. Final Payment: The remaining balance for your tattoo service will be due upon completion of the session. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the design and details before proceeding, as changes or cancellations after the deposit is paid are not eligible for refunds.

  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
