Marques du Temps Tattoo Studio Return and Exchange Policy

At Marques du Temps Tattoo Studio, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and high-quality tattoo artistry. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products: As our services involve digital consultations and custom designs, all transactions are final. Due to the nature of these digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the initial deposit has been made.

2. Deposit Policy: The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final price discussed during your booking consultation.

3. Final Payment: The remaining balance for your tattoo service will be due upon completion of the session. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the design and details before proceeding, as changes or cancellations after the deposit is paid are not eligible for refunds.

4. Rescheduling

   If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us in advance according to your artist’s specific policy. While our standard standard requirement is at least 48 hours' notice, notice periods may vary depending on the artist (some resident artists require up to 3 weeks' notice). Failure to provide the required notice specified by your artist will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Art & Merchandise (Final Sale):  All artwork, fine art prints, apparel, and studio merchandise are handcrafted, original, or custom-made items. As such, all sales are FINAL SALE. We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Shipping & Handling

Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout with full order details.

Once your order is ready, we will send a shipping confirmation email (for physical products) or digital access instructions (for digital artwork).

Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

Because our art prints, original paintings, apparel, and studio merchandise are individually handcrafted or custom-made to order, please allow 1 to 3 weeks (7–21 business days) for your order to be carefully prepared and packaged prior to shipment.

Please note: Exact processing times may vary by item. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific timelines (e.g., "Ships within 3 business days" for ready-to-ship items).

Once your order has been crafted and dispatched from our Montreal studio, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We partner with reliable carriers (such as Canada Post and Chit Chats) for physical shipments. A tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery zones (covering Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and the EU) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Product-Specific Policies

Digital Artwork: Delivered within 24 hours via Google Drive link (emailed to your registered address). No physical shipping required.

Tattoo Session Deposits: This is a non-tangible service fee—no shipping applies. Deposits secure your appointment and are subject to our return and refund policy.
